We bought a home with a geothermal system about 6 months ago and on the hottest day so far this year (a Sunday), our AC stopped working. We called Gildersleeve and within an hour, Dustin showed up and saved the day. He explained our system to us and walked us through everything he was doing to troubleshoot the issue. Fixed our AC in just a few hours and left us with more knowledge about our system and how to properly maintain it. Despite the 100 degree weather and rain storms, they worked through it to make sure everything stayed on schedule.
